Summary
Sustainability being the core of our business, we work with our clients to reduce their energy consumption and emissions. The role we are hiring now is a critical role in the company. In this role, the associate will be responsible for identifying and executing projects of converting diesel-based systems in manufacturing companies to LPG-based systems. In this role, we are looking for vibrant high performing individuals interested work in the area of energy sustainability. This role offers very high potential for quick growth and a wide spectrum of exposure in the industry.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Identify prospective Clients in the defined geography
· Analyze the scope of consumption.
· Prepare Techno-commercial proposals for prospects.
· Follow up sales till delivery of Solutions.
· Coordinate with, the manufacturing plant, logistics team, vendors, and accounts.
· Maintain Sales relations with existing clients and pitch to new clients.
· Establish sales goals to ensure share of market and profitability of products
· Develop and execute sales plans and programs, both short and long range, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company products and/or services.
· Research, analyze, and monitor financial, technological, and demographic factors so that market opportunities may be capitalized on and the effects of competitive activity may be minimized.
· Initiates and coordinates the development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
· Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports
Qualification
Engineer with good communication skills.
Work experience 0-2 years.
Expected Skills
The candidate should be fluent in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Tamil and Kannada will be an added benefit.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Good analytical skills and basic technical knowledge.
