Role: Sales Associate
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
Shift Timing: 7AM - 5 PM
Working days: 6 days a week
Salary : 25K + Incentive during probation (3 months)
35K + Incentive after 3 months
Job description
Preparing Tutors for Demo sessions with Students from US/UK/AUS/Canada etc.
Ensuring training and mentoring of Tutors for achieving higher Sales conversions
Driving insights and constant improvements to achieve overall targets for the team.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate/Post Graduate from any field
Excellent communication and strong people management skills.
Passion to work in a fast-paced start-up.
Prior Sales experience preferred
Maintain a positive attitude.
