We're seeking a qualified Sales Associate to sell annual car and bike subscription products that our customers have grown to rely on. The Sales Associate will utilize their skills to generate high-quality leads, build strong relationships with customers, and close deals. The ideal candidate has skills and demonstrates the ability to showcase our offerings compellingly.
Responsibilities
Customer Assistance: Sales associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service. They greet customers, listen to their needs, and offer guidance and assistance throughout the purchasing process.
Product Knowledge: Sales associate must have a good understanding of the products or services they are selling. They should be able to explain product features, specifications, and benefits to customers, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
Sales Generation: A primary responsibility of sales associate is to generate sales and meet or exceed sales targets. They actively engage with customers, promote products or services, and use persuasive techniques to encourage purchases.
Product Presentation: Sales associate ensure that products are well-presented and visually appealing. They organize merchandise, arrange displays, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor to attract customers and create a positive shopping experience.
Stock Management: Depending on the store's needs, sales associate may be responsible for managing inventory and stock levels. This includes restocking shelves, monitoring product availability, and notifying supervisors when items need to be reordered.
Cash Handling: Sales associate handle financial transactions, such as processing sales, accepting various forms of payment (cash, credit cards, etc.), and providing accurate change. They may also be responsible for opening and closing cash registers.
Customer Relationship Management: Sales associate build and maintain relationships with customers. They may follow up with customers after purchases, offer personalized recommendations, and provide assistance with product returns or exchanges.
Store Policies and Procedures: Sales associate should be familiar with the store's policies, procedures, and promotions. They ensure compliance with company guidelines, such as return policies, pricing, and discounts.
Product Training: In some cases, sales associate receive training on new products or services. They stay updated on industry trends, features, and benefits of the offerings to effectively communicate with customers.
Team Collaboration: Sales associate may work as part of a team. They collaborate with colleagues, share knowledge and insights, and assist each other to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
