Roles and Responsibilities:
The role needs adept understanding of financial products and banking domain for a superlative performance.
As a sales associate, you will play a fundamental role in achieving our revenue growth objectives.
You must be comfortable facing overseas clients (Mostly U.S) and making dozens of calls per day, qualifying prospects, and moving leads forward in the pipeline.
You would be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and aggressive follow-ups.
You should understand customer needs and requirements, route qualified opportunities, generate interest, close sales.
You should be proactive at figuring out creative ways to reach out and smartly navigate your way to get in touch with decision-makers.
Achieving incremental sales targets for specific product/service domain
Ensure adherence to policy/procedures governing the process.
Daily report generation and process compliance
Knowledge of banking and financial industry preferred Requirements.
Track record of over-achieving goals.
Strong phone presence and experience in dialing dozens of calls per day.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Works well within a team and independently.
Past experience in facing U.S client understanding of trade finance would be a plus.
Excellent spoken & written English.
0-6 years sales experience (Freshers are welcome).
Graduate/ Undergraduate both can apply.
