Key responsibilities:
1. Identify and research potential leads through online platforms, directories, and company databases
2. Collect and maintain accurate customer and prospect data
3. Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce the company's services
4. Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into potential leads
5. Provide detailed information about the company's offerings and resolve queries effectively
6. Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects to nurture relationships and convert them into qualified leads
7. Maintain follow-up schedules and ensure communication consistency
8. Update and manage the CRM system with all customer interactions and data
9. Ensure accurate tracking of lead status and movement within the sales funnel
10. Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
11. Provide feedback on the quality of leads and market trends
12. Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets
13. Achieve high conversion rates and maintain quality communication
