• Lead Generation- Door knocking into corporate parks and business offices with a mission to map and engage the employer data.
• Follow up - On-boarding employers as clients over telephonic interactions and email confirmations
• Handover- Connect employer with the Aasaanjobs Servicing Team and ensure knowledge transfer.
• Relationship Management- Handhold the employer and oversee a seamless recruitment transfer. 
• Revenue Targets - Share and keep track of invoices getting cleared to accomplish revenue targets and achieve bonus pay.

• Database Development 
• Lead Conversion & New employer activation onto portal 
• Open jobs on the portal
• Quarterly revenue generated

• Graduate or graduation result awaited

• Any experience in sales 
• Own two wheeler
• Resident in same city for more than 5 years
• Any experience in teaching
