JOB TITLE: Business Development Manager

CONTRACT TYPE: Internship/Job

DEPARTMENT: Business Development (Sales)

LOCATION: Pan India

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Preparing annual sales plans, marketing strategy in your city and ensure those targets are fulfilled

· Contact potential B2B customers through email or phone to build rapport and for long term sales and distribution

· Maintaining a proper record of clients

· Pitching products to different retailers/wholesalers/supermarkets and get the orders

· You will be the POC of the brand in your city and will be responsible for the brand expansion in your city

· Necessary to establish a professional relationship with dealers which aids to create brand awareness

· Maintaining a constant flow of information to the company

· Being an initial and essential part of the core team of brand representatives

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

· Knowledge of scarves and stoles is recommended

· A high creativity

· Strong communication and superb negotiation skills

· High social awareness

· The ability to handle pressure with a strong focus on delivering results

· Excellent time management and organization

ABOUT THE COMPANY: Javinishka-The Scarf Store, is a brand which is currently providing premium, export-quality scarves and stoles to its customers at a reasonable price.

The brand is launched by JAVIN, a start-up, which is created in the year 2018 as a manufacturer of textiles. Javin is based in the district of Barabanki, Uttar Pradesh.

This brand is under the guidance and support of an export firm which has been manufacturing Arafat desert scarves and exporting it to various parts of the UAE since 2005, and, a domestic brand which is currently providing fresh designs and patterns to its wholesale market across India. Javin aims to diversify into multiple textile sectors, both in India and around the world, in the coming years.

The mission that Javinishka carries is, to explore this simple accessory, to make the customers understand the extent to which a stole can enhance their fashion styles and also to provide new designs and patterns in scarves. Javinishka products are currently available on popular e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart and Paytm.

ABOUT THE POSITION: The position involves critical thinking and devising state of the art branding strategies for expansion of the brand. Involves communication with various brands and social media influencers.
