BackgroundEstablished in 1985, Shahanshah Enterprises is a readymade garments manufacturing company that produces a wide range of formal, ethnic and casual clothing for men.
Job Description

A candidate is required to fulfil some or all of the following responsibilities,

• Serves customers (either on the clients' or company's premises) by selling products and meeting customer needs.

• Services existing accounts obtain orders and establish new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets.

• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.

• Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Prerequisites

A candidate is required to fulfil the following prerequisites,

• Education - Graduate or above

• Experience - At least 1-2 years of experience

• Language Proficiency - Hindi, English (optional)
Compensation StructureThe salary for the Sales Associate position would be a flat monthly payout of ₹10,000 to ₹15,000, based on the candidate's proficiency and experience in the domain.
