We are looking for a
resourceful, flexible and enthusiastic individual, who is self-motivated and
driven. This is a high-impact high-responsibility role and as a Sales Associate,
the individual will work directly with the Founding Team and will be responsible
for assisting with organizational sales.
About the role:
- Search for prospects and enable outbound lead generation;
connect with prospects and schedule meetings for the team
- Ensure regular follow-ups and closure for demos, testing
and technical discussions with prospective clients, organize events/meetings
and support key business visitors
- Prepare techno-commercial presentations as required for
client engagements
- Provide demos to prospective clients and manage solution
designing in case of complex/hybrid requirements
- Assist clients with testing/UAT in a most effective,
efficient, and flawless manner; and help prioritize their time and appointments
- Prepare RFP Compliance responses effectively
- Support internet-based research, on given topic, and scan
latest technological market trends, so to always keep abreast of industry
dynamics
- Recommend new product or service offerings as per
industry insights
- Identify opportunities to grow business with existing
clients, generate sales among client accounts, including upselling and
cross-selling
- Manage confidential information with utmost care, and
support document management
- Be demonstratively enthusiastic for any additional
responsibilities/tasks, as may be assigned from time to time, with a zeal for
multi-tasking
What we expect:
- Candidates with a B.E. / B.Tech. / Degree in Computer
Science or equivalent, preference for MBA or post-graduation in management,
from an institute of repute
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in Sales, preferably in IT sales
(B2B)
- Has the ability to work with stakeholders cross
functionally
- High on initiative and integrity; and demonstrates excellent
communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel for business/job related
requirements (to meet clients for on-premises demos/presentations/UAT/etc.)
- Strong technical acumen and has client-focused solutions
experience
- Experience/ knowledge of digital products (Banking) and
experience in payment products (UPI/BBPS/IMPS) is preferred
