Sales Associate
Responsibilities:1. Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
2. Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information via email
3. Keeping up with product and service information and updates
4. Supporting pre-sales executives by explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
5. Staying informed about competing products and services
6. Researching and qualifying new leads
7. Closing sales and achieving sales targets
8. Responding swiftly and courteously to customer complaints or inquiries
9. Following the suggested script provided to all inside sales representatives
10. Capturing customer information, including addresses and phone numbers, for future follow-ups
11. Adjusting your sales presentation based on success/fail averages
12. Building rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication
13. Suggesting applicable and relevant upsells to help customers as per their requirements and queries
14. Meeting weekly, monthly and quarterly sales quotas and report the same to the team leader
15. Learning how products work and how to troubleshoot issues with customers
16. Assisting other team members with transactions when necessary
