About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Maintaining and organizing a list of potential leads
2. Outcalling them and convincing them to allow participation in our company
products and services
3. Understanding and explaining client requirements and redirecting them to
respective sales team members
4. Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound cold calling, generating
new leads, lead follow-up, and emails
5. Keeping accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
6. Providing company introduction to potential customers over the phone and via
email
7. Handling all queries in a professional and courteous manner
8. Following up with customers and always staying updated with the product
knowledge
9. Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and retrieving the
required information from them
10. Supporting marketing activities through emails/calls
11. Meeting the internal targets and goals assigned within the team
12. Preparing and maintaining reports

We are looking at Freshers and experienced (1 to 2 years). Education Qualification: Under Graduates / Graduates This is a full time work from office job opportunity. We work Monday to Saturday.
Mon to Fri : 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM | Saturdays : 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Third Saturdays of every month is a weekly off
