Responsibilities and Duties
Assist the customers in getting the documents uploaded in the app from their end.
Answer calls professionally to provide information about the pending loan application,
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, and
comments, as well as actions, are taken.
Process Loan applications.
Follow up to ensure that appropriate steps were followed to complete the application.
Refer unresolved customer queries or special requests for further investigation.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Candidate should have at least 1-3 years of Sales / Customer Service experience
Strong convincing skills, Good communication skills
