Designation: Sales Associate
Key Responsibilities:
•To meet or succeed yearly and monthly targets by inviting delegates through complimentary VIP passes consistently to all possible targets; repeat delegates, new clients and prospects.
• To convince the prospect of the benefits of attending our events
•To exchange information and give necessary feedback as and when needed by colleagues in a different department at the office
•To sell on whichever event as necessity demands as directed by your line manager
•To be able to work extra hours as and when required
• To ensure that business conduct reflects an enthusiastic and efficient image of the department
Key Requirements:
• Previous experience in delegates’ sales for conferences & summits
• Excellent communication skills (speaking & writing)
• Ability to understand the product and pitch it to the right target audience
• Should possess excellent negotiation skills
• Ability to perform consistently in a target-oriented environment
• Result-oriented, high emotional intelligence, and willingness to work under agreed parameters of performance and operating conditions.
• Needs to be self-motivated
• Should have the skills to conduct their own research and approach potential clients
