DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :-
 
Checking the availability of accommodation or any other service on the customers’ requirements.
Make sure that accommodations are booked in a timely manner and according to the desires of customers.
Making sales based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.
Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.
Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process.
Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services and offers.
Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
Creates new and innovative ideas to sell products.
Responds to any inquiries from the consumer.
Meets monthly sales goals as provided by HOD.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Strong organizational skills and the ability to do multitasking.
Excellent communication skills.
Familiarity with CRM.
Diplomacy and negotiation skills.
Good team player.
