Morning Blaze jobs - Sales/Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities 

• - Analyse Sales data, understand patterns and draw insights. Come up with recommendations to boost sales.
• -  Understand the needs and expectations of the customers and work technical sales team to define solutions, proposal.
• -  Handle the traffic of customers and ensure proper attention to every customer
• -  Analyse the choices and financial capacities of every customer and suggest suitable offering
• -  Demonstrate the methods of using solution and resolve customer queries
• -  Responsible to close sales deals and achieve customer satisfaction
• -  Call up the prospective customers, explain details of the different solution and services offered and convince them to buy the products
• -  Make efforts to achieve the short-term sales targets and improve goodwill of the organization
• -  Operate the CRM (customer relationship management) systems and ensure authentic information is available with the company
• -  Analyse pipeline progress and identify gaps.
• -  Actively manage lead management, track conversion rates, work with vendors to improve lead accuracy.
• -  Actively drive implementation by working across functions.
• -  Defines the road map to achieve Sales targets for the month, quarter, year etc.

•  MBA or master’s degree is strongly preferred
• Experience 0- 2 years preferred.
