We have openings for Sales /  Business Development Executive

About the Position

  •  Prior experience in selling Enterprise Software to clients in India and internationally via desk selling or via partners. 
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have successfully sold Enterprise Application Software like HRMS, ERP and CRM on a SaaS and Inpremise mode

 Responsibilities:

  • Looking for sales/ business development professionals with 1-2 yrs of experience preferably with IT, HR/ Payroll Software, ERP products. Candidates should have good knowledge of IT sales/ marketing processes and have good communication and presentation skills
  • Selling HR/ Payroll software to Channel Partners by assessing their business requirements.
  • Follow up with the clients once the sales team is involved.
  • Achieving sales targets through the acquisition of new channel partners.
  • Take the lead role in consultative sales of high value solution business.
  • Developing a Sales process from initial point of contact (lead generation),presentations, proposals, through negotiations and Closing.
  • Helping the team to understand various product offerings and solutions available with business.
  • Building and managing strong relationships with customers.
Required Skills:
  • Graduate, MBA preferred
  • At least 1+ years of sales experience and consistently achieved / exceeded sales targets
  • Thorough understanding / appreciation of software product sales
  • Must be extremely effective at initiating high-level contacts in accounts and have strong presentation skills to close the sale.
  • Ability to generate leads and build business in a wide-open market
  • Should have worked with at least one HRMS software for planning and recording sales activities.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Self-starter, goal oriented and ability to work independently to meet company objectives
  • Salary :- As per candidate profile,  work knowledge and experience ( Approx 20,000 /- to 30,000  )
  • The Position is based in Chennai.
