Casey Group, a trustworthy name in the FMCG segment established in Phulbani, having its corporate office at Bhubaneswar is hiring experienced sales professionals to help us to build up our business activities.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• To create Exclusive Distributors (minimum 4 in 4 months) in their respective area of operations.
• To actively follow other marketing strategies and instructions as and when instructed by the company.
• To collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• To actively engages yourself to collect inventory, stocks and work reports of the distributor in a daily/weekly basis.
• To actively engage yourself with core marketing policies required for business development.
• To monitor actively the work of marketing executives deployed under your jurisdiction.

Requirements:
• Must have Working Experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales executive or a relevant role.
• Candidates with Bachelor degree preferred.
• Must have Time Management & planning skill.
• Experience in Customer Support is a plus.
• Ability to build rapport.
