Job description
1.Collect & analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs & buying habits to identify potential markets factors affecting product demand
2. Conduct research on consumer opinions & marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing professionals, statisticians, pollsters & other professionals
3. Measure and assess customer and employee satisfaction
4. Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain existing data
5. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
6. Taking feedback from consumers about Saachi
7. Creating a new customer database and working on their continuous follow-ups
8. Exploring new avenues for placement of Saachi9. Collection of stockist orders
10. Realization of stockist payments within the allowed credit period
11. Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
12. Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and account executives
13. Build reports to present to the manager
14. Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
