Telemarketing experience in telco/energy will be an added advantage.
Database research, data updates and data management/lead generation, appointment setting, event registration experience (preferred but not compulsory.
Ability to research and call prospective clients to explain the core value proposition of what we do.
Cold call businesses using self-generated leads to set closure worthy appointments.
Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
Use scripts to provide information about the product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits.
Ask pertinent questions to understand the business requirements.
Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs.
Record the business information accurately.
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.

Skills-
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (ability to work individually and in a team environment).
• Must have high attention to detail.
• Active listening and objection handling skills and experience
• Should be self-driven, disciplined and target focused.
• You can effectively communicate with key decision-makers within Small, Medium & Corporate businesses.
• Should be goal focused and passionate about Sales.
• Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role will be an added advantage.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone will be an added advantage.
• Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems will be an added advantage.
• Skilled in negotiations.
• Persistent and result oriented.
• Patient and able to handle customer rejection.

Shift Timings- 3:30 AM-12:30 PM
Working Days- Monday-Friday
Saturdays are not working
Salary- 1.8 Lacs p.a.- 3 Lacs p.a.

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Salary: ₹18,000.00 to ₹25,000.00 /month
