Job Responsibilities:
1. Receive inbound & dial outbound calls to help members for Travel plans
2. Answer member questions, as well as question members to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested.
3.
Document all
calls with regards to member inquires accurately.
Monitor CRM so call returns are done in a timely
fashion.
4. Follow-up with members within a 24-hour period in regard to the initial phone call. Even if it is to just touch base and let members know that their inquiry is still be researched.
5. Knowledge of Travel related products
6. Provide quality customer service on every call.
7. Manage length of calls.
8. Recognizing and managing assertive member calls.
9. Achieve daily, weekly and monthly revenue goals.
