Miko jobs - Sales Consultant

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Achieving the monthly sales targets by demonstrating the product in the Hamleys store and converting them into sales
2. Converting free app users to paid users using emails, SMS, and direct sales
3. Conducting a detailed analysis of prospects' kids & parents, understanding their requirements and the issues they face in parenting, and suggesting the right type of apps and features of the product
4. Working on explaining the Miko robot's features and how it will benefit customers
5. Working on end-to-end lead management using the CRM/Spreadsheet
6. Working on proactively arranging stocks and monitoring pricing on different platforms
7. Coordinating with respective stakeholders for the product services
8. Handling the daily reporting to your manager on sales and cross-functional communication and being available on phone and email/WhatsApp always
9. Working on end-to-end customer service

Requirements:

1. Excellent spoken and verbal skills (proficiency in English and respective regional language is preferred)
2. Ability to plan and execute
3. Ability to persuade and negotiate
4. Ability to work under stress
5. Ability to work in a team
6. Fast learner, keen on details, and self-motivated
7. Has a knack for marketing
8. Enthusiastic about technology
