Responsibilities

- Gaining an in-depth understanding of the company's products, services, and solutions.

- Managing the sales process from start to finish, including handling the necessary documentation.

- Developing strong and long-term relationships with customers, serving as a trusted advisor to them.

- Participating in company shows and other marketing events.

- Handling client accounts, payment follow-ups, queries, and complaints effectively to maintain positive and long-term customer relationships
