We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant who has worked in any Luxury Division Previously.
The Sales Consultant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales revenue by promoting and selling our luxury products.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury retail, strong sales skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, engaging, and assisting customers with their luxury product purchases.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase customer retention and generate new business opportunities.
Meet and exceed sales targets through effective product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship building.
Participate in product training to stay up-to-date with the latest luxury product trends, features, and benefits.
Maintain a thorough understanding of inventory levels, pricing structures, and promotions to optimize sales opportunities.
Collaborate with team members and management to achieve overall sales goals and contribute to the growth of the Luxury Division.
Ensure the sales floor is visually appealing and organized to promote a luxurious shopping experience for customers.
Accurately complete sales transactions and provide after-sales support as needed.
