Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Market Research:
1. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and opportunities
2. Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to inform business development strategies
B. Lead Generation:
1. Use various channels to generate leads and build a pipeline of potential clients
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead-generation strategies
C. Client Prospecting:
1. Reach out to potential clients through emails, calls, and social media to introduce our products/services
2. Schedule and coordinate meetings for the business development team
D. Sales Support:
1. Assist in the creation of sales presentations, proposals, and other collateral
2. Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and provide necessary support
E. Networking (at your home location):
1. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the company and establish connections
2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the industry
F. Data Management:
1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities
2. Utilize CRM software to manage and track business development efforts
