4. Maintain a deep knowledge of current jewelry trends, styles, and industry news
5. Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and store sales targets, maximizing revenue and profitability
6. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, following all company policies and procedures
7. Stay up-to-date with product pricing, promotions, and upcoming collections to effectively upsell and cross-sell
8. Maintain a visually appealing and organized store environment, ensuring all merchandise is properly displayed and stocked
9. Assist in inventory control by conducting regular stock checks and reporting any discrepancies promptly
10. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, contributing to a culture of teamwork and collaboration

Requirements:

1. Previous sales experience in the jewelry industry is preferred
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach
3. Strong sales skills, including the ability to upsell and cross-sell products effectively
4. Knowledge of different types of gold and diamonds, including their quality, grading, and certifications
5. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
6. Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics when displaying jewelry
