Job Role:

The program basically offers Training and Career building opportunity to meet the additional sales force hiring requirement for Maruti Dealerships. This program would aim at training the fresh graduates to Dealers Sales Executives (DSEs). The duration of the program is 6 months & would be a mix of Classroom training & On the Job Training at Maruti Dealerships.

Designation: Sales Consultant Level 4

Duration of the training: 6 months

Certification: NSQF level 4

Employment: Post certification at Selected Maruti Suzuki Dealership (Terms & conditions apply).

• Sales Consultant Program is approved by ASDC (Automotive Skill Development Council) & certified by NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation).
• The candidates would be deployed at salary of Rs. 12,000/- p.m. after 2 months of enrolment & special support of Rs. 10,000 at the end of the 3rd month.
• After the completion of the Program, NSDC would be evaluating the trainees & certifying them based on examinations.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate / Diploma Holders from recognized University
• Age 18-25 years
• At least 40% in Graduation, Diploma, HSC, SSC
• Selection is based on Online Test and Interview.
