Job Description
Responsibilities: Is responsible for reviewing and confirming the successful trafficking and launch of campaigns across for the accountThese campaigns include display, mobile, pay per click and app mediaThis will also encompass all aspects of implementation and coordination with the trafficking team, sales, account managers, external clients via helpdesk tickets.This role will also be involved in monitoring all sites and platforms (desktop, mobile, apps, TV connected devices, etc) supported to ensure ads are being delivered as intendedResponsible for complete ownership of digital Campaigns
Key Requirements: (Prior Experience): Minimum 1 year of experience as a Coordinator/ Ad Ops Executive/ Sr. Ad Ops executive in digital advertising, with an in-depth working knowledge of email and chat delivery platforms and productsPrior experience in resolving Help desk queries/ Client requestSound knowledge of programmatic and social campaign set up in Ad OperationsFluent in English (Both verbal and writing)Willing to work in continuous night shifts/ rotational shifts as per the business requirementHands-on experience with customer management systemsStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to work under tight deadlinesAble to build both external and internal relationshipsHighly motivated with the ability to perform under pressureQuick to learn new products and systemsStrong analytical mindset.
