Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

2. Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and potential clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

2. Sales Support and Coordination:

1. Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients.

2. Coordinate sales activities such as scheduling appointments, demonstrations, and follow-up calls.

3. Track sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products to clients.

3. Product Knowledge and Training:

1. Develop a deep understanding of our dental equipment and supplies to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and technical specifications to clients.

2. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients to showcase product functionality and usage.

4.Market Research and Analysis:

1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.

2. Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales performance, market penetration, and opportunities for growth.

5. Administrative Support:

1. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions using CRM software.

2. Assist in preparing sales forecasts, budgets, and expense reports.
