Job Location: 1 each at Ahmedabad and 1 at Bavla Plant

·         Co-ordination with Sales team & customers for preparing of quotations for sales inquiries

·         Receiving, verifying and punching the order in the system

·         Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., finance, design, production, despatch, etc) to ensure timely execution of order.

·         Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls related to sales orders / queries.

·         A point of contact for customer’s resolution of queries related to orders tracking, invoice / payment queries, inquiries, etc.

·         Update and maintain all sales records and MIS for inquiries, order tracking, despatch details, etc.

·         Maintain all sales records as per quality system.

·         Any other responsibility assigned by the HOD.

Knowledge of MS Office, CRM software
