Admin Operations:

Overall In charge of Office Management & Maintenance- Handling International/domestic Air booking, visa processing, Airport transfers, International/Domestic Hotel Booking. Foreign Visitor Coordination.
Procurement of Stationery items for the Corporate Office and Maintaining Stationery details.
Checking of bills (Stationery, Travel, Courier, telephone bills) and preparation of vouchers
Maintaining daily office expense in excel and submitting week;y expense report to the finance department.
Daily Inspection of all Meeting rooms, Server rooms, Rest rooms, Cafeteria's for Hygiene and Cleanliness.
Maintaining of all Annual Maintenance Contracts for all office Equipment.
Monitor conference room bookings and coordinate meeting rooms setup for specific requests during client visit in coordination with Admin/facility coordinator.
Maintaining invoice tracker, PO tracker, consumable tracker, document filing.
Coordinating for Flight Ticket, Hotel booking and cab booking for the Senior Management.
Completing joining formalities of all new employees - Bank account opening, ID card and visiting card printing, Issuing of ID card.
Monitoring duties of Security Personnel, Office Assistants, Housekeeping staff
Preparing the Authorization and other Tender concerned letters to clients
Maintaining tracker of Employee database
