Good Communication and Convincing Skills
Attending Customers/Distributors mails and responding on time and follow up
Client handling and query solving
Daily Sales Reporting and regular follow ups with clients
Rate contract, Quotation, Performa Invoice, Authorization Documentation, Order Diversion/Enquiry Diversion and follow up
PO assigning in respective units
Outstanding payment follow up with direct customers
Follow-up with planning for schedule wise dispatches
Schedule delivery confirmation to customers
Customer Supplied material reconciliation.
Follow-up and with procurement Review
Coordinate with Accounts Team
Order Management of Distributors & Customers, Schedule Order,
Sharing the dispatch detail and handling grievances
