Job Description
● Must be proficient in the use of common computer applications and software such as programs within Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). also includes data entry, report compilation, and answering virtual correspondence using different software applications.
● Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
● Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
● Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
● Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
● Submit timely reports as assigned
● Collaborating with other departments to ensure that all sales-related activities are aligned with company goals and objectives.
