Job Summary:

Our fitness apparel company is seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator who can organize sales and marketing activities, as well as develop an effective sales filing system.
The Sales Coordinator will work directly with team management to ensure that all the administrative and support functions of the sales department are operating effectively, and that active client files are available to the sales group.

Roles & Responsibilities: 1.Working directly with the execution team

2. Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and
emails
3. New Lead generation and utilization
4. Work with clients to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process
5. Close sales and achieve monthly/bimonthly/quarterly targets
6. Maintain and expand database of prospects within the assigned territory
7. Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED required
Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales (lead generation preferred)
2+ years’ experience telemarketing a plus
Excellent phone manner and articulation
Ability to type minimum 40 WPM (words per minute)
Results-driven and willing to work on commission basis
Ability to cope with rejection on a daily basis
