• Office administration and self correspondence etc
  
• Calendar management including appointment, meetings and deadlines.
  
• Manage all communications like mails, all emails, telephone, meeting, reports. Answer phone calls and route them to the respective desk.
  
•  Manage and assist with personal interactions with management and staff.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Internal and External Communication
  
• .Monitor Day to Day administration functions. Co-ordinate Meetings, Seminars and Conferences.
  
•  Handling back office activities. Handling day to day administrative tasks. Ensure decorum & discipline of front office area.
  
•  Preparing work schedules & timesheets for the team & supervising the allocated work.
  
•  Co-ordinating with the team & the clients to ensure superior services.
  
• Attendance Management. Maintain employee’s attendance.
  
•  Ensure reception area is neat & clean. Coordinate with office activities.
  
• Purchase of office stationery. Purchase of any other office requirements. Cross-checking invoices & ensures timely payment.
