Job Description:

We are looking for a bright and motivated Sales Coordinator Fresher to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and logistical support to the sales team
• Manage customer inquiries and orders
• Prepare and track sales reports
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Provide customer support and resolve any issues that may arise

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a sales environment
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
