We are hiring for a Sales Coordinator, for a Prop-Tech startup. We are building a prop-tech platform to disrupt how real estate is bought in India, and looking for core team members to join us at Gurgaon office.
6 days working. Tuesday off instead SundayFreshers passing out from college or previous experience in handling a similar role.
We are looking for people who can join immediately. You are expected to know your company inside out and be able to communicate it to other clients.
Roles and Responsibility:
Validating the lead provided by the surveyor/ sales
Doing Follow-up calls with clients.
Managing leads, cold calling, providing the description
Maintaining a database of the work being done.
Client relationship management and complaint management
Desired Profile
The ability to handle customers efficiently
Possess excellent communication skills and Good command on the English Language
Should be comfortable in Inbound and Outbound process
Basic Understanding of MS Office
Having a high degree of self - motivation and ambition
Capability to grow in a competitive environment
