Responsibilities and Duties
Job Summary
1.MIS

• Daily MIS which includes DVR, Pipeline and dashboard - has to be collected from all the unit members and share it every day to the undersigned.

• Monthly MIS - Disbursement and Rejection MIS has to be shared after the month-end.

• Asset Management - MIS has to be maintained for your respective units and required details have to be shared with HO.

2.Sales Support

• Pre Approval - Document to be shared to Credit as per the checklist of the particular financier.

• Approval - To follow up for sanction details from Credit

• Post Approval -To follow on post-approval documents from unit members.

3. Vendor Coordination

• Sourcing calls to vendors only on the collection of quotation and Performa invoice as part of pre-approval documentation.

• Follow up calls for collecting Invoices and MMR as part of post documentation.

4.Customer Interaction

• Interaction with customers on Finance Interface.

• Follow up customers only for small pendencies.

5.Telecalling on Platform Facilitation

• Tele calling on new schemes launched by FB.

• Welcome calls or service calls to our customers.

Qualifications and Skills
Graduation / Post Graduation in Commerce / Finance
