Responsibilities and Duties

• Fulfill all front office / reception desk activities
  
• Support with administrative work in the center
  
• To Counsel and encourage prospect trainees for training programs
  
• Set proper expectations and provide clear information
  
• Pleasing personal interaction skills and good communication abilities in both English and Malayalam
  
• Excellent Telephone etiquette and tele-marketing skills.
  
• Good coordination and multi-tasking skills to manage partners and clients.
  

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Qualification

• Pharmacy, nursing or para medical qualifications with experience in a front office environment preferred.
  
• Good communication skills
  
• Basic computer skills
