Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
• Good Communication skills.
• Generating New Business Leads by cold calling.
• Attending Showroom Clients .
• Preparing Quotations/Coordinating customer complaints to Head Office.
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested .
