We have a vacancy in our organization for the position of Coordinator
Roles & Responsibilities:
v Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations;
v Meeting and Greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
v Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
v Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager;
v Taking dictation and minutes;
v Carrying out background research and presenting findings;
v Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
v Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings.
Skills/Qualifications:
Good Verbal Communication, Microsoft Office Skills, Listening, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Organization, Informing Others, Handles Pressure.
Office
Timings: 9.30am – 6pm
