1. Monitoring DSR on daily basis of sales Team
2. Monitoring and verifying sales team visits to client.
3. Providing data to Tele caller and verifying the same
4. Calling on Premium clients for sales closure
5. Training to subordinates on Tele communication.
6. Updating sales revenue sheet on daily basis.
7. Accountable for getting work done from intern.
8. Preparation of lead records generated from portal and making report the on its output.
9. Client Follow-up, Presales,Lead Generation, Coordinating with Sales Team.
10. Accountable for outstanding payment follow up.
11. Attempt and close leads generated by sales team.
12. Following up with sales team on the appointment before and after results.
13. Accountable Sending quotation to the customer & getting feedback
14. Maintaining, developing &retaining relationships with all customers through telephone calls and emails
15. Should be ready to take responsibility given in weekly meetings.
