Sales Coordinator jobs in Mumbai at Varie Valves Pvt Ltd.

Job Duties:

Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Attend all customer calls and maintain further correspondence i.e., send quotations, follow-ups for orders made etc.
Maintain all customer data in ERP/CRM like contact details, orders received, customer communications etc.
Schedule appointments between sales representatives and prospective customers or for the customers to attend sales presentations.
Explaining the products and/or services of our firm to potential customers.
Basic coordination between clients and production as and when required for dispatches or sometimes service issues. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Sales Executive Skills and Qualifications:

Other Requirements:

Candidate must reside within an hour's travel-time from the company's location (Andheri east)
Candidate must be comfortable travelling throughout the day for client visits and lead generation.
It is preferred that the candidate owns their own vehicle for daily commutes (compensation for the same will also be provided).
Candidate must be comfortable working in an all-male environment.
