Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales Report Sharing with RSM on daily basis.
  • Login & Logout Status Checking of sales Employee in assigned Area on daily basis
  • Handling Sales app queries (beat,distributor outlet,updation) daily basis.
  • Attendance Tracking from Field Assist in Assigned Area daily basis.
  • Weekly MIS report of TSI/SO/ASM/RSM.
  • Sales Employee Tour Plan MIS on weekly basis.
  • Joint Working MIS of ASM & SO on weekly basis
  • Preparing Sales presentation
  • Preparing Sales Target Vs achievement Report on Monthly basis
  • Validating the incentive working with RSM and sharing to Account Department on monthly basis
  • Collecting Travel Expense from Assigned Area monthly basis
  • Checking the Expense Details as per policy & sharing to HR department for further process monthly basis
  • Explaining the policy to new joinee
  • Training of field assist to new joinee
  • Closing Updation of all SS 
  • Closing Updation of all Distributor in assigned Area
  • Purchase record updation
