Job Description

  • EDUCATION:Degree in Marketing/ Sales from a reputed institute.
  • EXPERIENCE:2+ years experience as Sales Coordinator in Marketing & Sales function.
COMPETENCIES / SKILLS:
  • This position will perform the function of coordination between the Director – Sales & Business Development and the Sales Team in our company. The position will be required to:
  • Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
  • Contact customers and prospects to arrange appointments or to make follow-up calls to confirm orders or delivery dates.
  • Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
  • Ensuring the adequacy of Post Sales Documentation and highlight discrepancies.
  • Maintain sales records, as a basis for reports to the senior management team.
  • Identifying and developing potential clients in the targeted markets.
  • Maintain / collate the pipeline of all Sales Staff ready for Weekly / monthly Sales Review Calls.
  • Liaise between other departments and the Sales Team for information that may be required by the Sales Team from time-to-time.
  • Prepare reports on sales by individual representatives, sales by product line and sales to individual customers.
  • Provide information to the finance department on incoming and completed orders, as a basis for forecasting cash flow.
  • Makes sure that sales orders are delivered in a timely fashion and according to the desires of customers.
PERSONALITY & OTHER TRAITS:
  • Excellent communicator, silently aggressive, disciplined, punctual and mature.
  • Good Presentation & Interpersonal skill. Good IT skills in Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of multiple languages & culture will be an added advantage.
  • Strong follow-up skills to ensure timely collection of data form Sales Team / other departments.
  • Must be organized and possess a high level of administration ability to effectively manage paperwork
