Clear all doubts of customers technically and commercially.
Taking follow up from customers for order finalization.
Check all PO’s received from customer is OK both technically and commercially.
Booking of customers PO’s in ERP system.
Also enter servicing PO’s in ERP.
Ask for amendments if require.
Send acknowledgement to customer about receipt of PO.
Coordinating with internal departments like Production, Purchase, Quality, Service, R&D, Logistic and Account to fulfil customer requirements.
Proactively communicates in a timely manner with customers about order verification, order status, pricing and shipment status.
