Designation : Sales Coordinator
Key Areas of Work :-
1) Coordinating with PAN India LFS Sales team for achievement of Sales Target & Growth
2) Team Management & motivate team to achieve Company Objective
3) Coordinating with Category team
4) Keeping track on promotional activities for driving sales
5) Monitor & Analyze Sales & Productivity of team from time to time
6) Review Brand Outlets with regards to Place, Merchandise & Manpower etc
7) Maintain record of Brand Layout (Fixture Details) & Branding at Reliance, MORE, Megamart
Stores
8) Monitoring Travel Plans of team & DA first check
9) Recruitment of Sales Staff
10) Sharing Attendance Inputs (Payroll working) of Staff to TeamLease, Coordinating with our
Accounts team & TeamLease for final Invoice, Payment to TeamLease & Release of Salary to
staff.
11) Monthly Incentive Working of Sales Team
12) Yearly PMS report (LFS Staff)
13) Coordination with regards to Joining formalities, Exit formalities & Entire HR operations of
Company Payroll & TeamLease Payroll Staff
14) Coordinating with TeamLease for any queries related to Salary, recruitment (if any) and process
implementation
15) Handling Staff Grievances
SEASONAL WORKING :
1) Coordinating for Marketing Collaterals & dispatch to stores
2) Working on allocation of Uniform to CENTRAL staff
3) Coordinating with All Formats for Trade Show (Invitations & Bookings)
