· Preparation of quotations
& following purchase Orders
· Coordinating with the
internal team for sales and dispatch activities
· To co-ordinate with
service team for timely service and report updating.
· Preparation of weekly/monthly
reports as and when required
· Respond to complaints
from customers and give after-sales support as needed
· Coordination with
customers for payment collection.
· Following up with the
customers for repeat orders and new developments.
