Job Description

Role Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative/Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating leads and setting appointments to fuel our sales pipeline. You will utilize your expertise in lead generation and appointment setting to drive our sales efforts and contribute to our company's growth trajectory.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound calls to prospects to generate qualified leads
  • Identify potential customers through research and outreach
  • Nurture leads and set appointments for the sales team
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM software
  • Provide insights and suggestions for improving lead generation strategies

Requirements:


  • 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, specifically in lead generation and appointment setting
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
