Sales Development Representative – (USA Process)
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospects in the U.S. market.
Qualify leads based on established criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Understand customer needs and identify whether the product/service is a good fit.
Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage leads and track all outreach activity.
Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing teams.
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs including call volumes, email outreach, and appointment setting.
