Job Summary:

• We are looking for a 2-to-3-years experienced Sales Engineer specifically who belongs to Gearmotor Industry to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. 
• You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those to plans to the higher management.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Present products in the industry that would be beneficial to client business
• Plan detailed presentations that show clients your product info, pricing, and benefits
• Develop products or program suggestions for clients and successfully sell them
• Manage billing and delivery of solid products
• Meet with clients at appointments for sales presentations
• Follow up on solid products to ensure the customer is happy
• Stay knowledgeable about your field's updates in science and research by continuing to read and study new data
• Acquire new customers by winning them over from competitors and discovering new opportunities

Key Skills:

• Languages: English and Hindi Must
• Engineering Background (Mechanical or Electrical)
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Knowledge of Ms Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• AutoCAD (2D Drawing Reading)

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Willingness and ability to travel 30% to 70% of the time, depending on the position and sales role
• Creativity to approach sales and build customer relationships in groundbreaking new ways
• Solid experience Gearmotor Industry
• Negotiation and social problem-solving skills
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience
• Education:   BE in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
